Cancellation

  • 1. "I want to cancel my booking, will i get a refund?"

    Each experience clearly states their cancellation policy, some require to be cancelled up to 24, 48, or 72 hours before the experience start. As long as you cancel the booking before the indicated cancellation time frame of the experience, you will be offered a full refund. In case you cancel after, no refund will be given.
  • 2. "My experience got cancelled"

    In the rare circumstance that a experience is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, you will be receiving an email informing you about this cancellation. In this situation, you can either receive a promo code of the amount to be used for other bookings, or ask for a full refund.
  • 3. "I have not received a refund yet"

    In the case that you eligible for a refund, we will automatically reverse the transaction. Depending on the bank, this process could take 1-2 weeks to reflect on your account. In case you do not receive the refund by then, please do contact us and we will make sure to rectify this for you.
  • 4. "How do I cancel a booking?"

    To cancel a booking, please log into your profile and click on the "Reservations" section. Navigate into the experience and you will find the Cancel button next to each attendee name. Refund will apply only if cancellation is done within the allowed cancellation period.
