Booking

  • 1. "Can I book without a credit card?"

    Tastecapade.com is purely an online booking portal that requires a credit card to book any experience on the website. We do accept all major credit cards on our website.
  • 2. "I am trying to book but I keep getting an error"

    Please try to refresh the page, if that still does not work, do send us an email and we will make sure to fix this problem ASAP.
  • 3. "I want to book for more than one person"

    Once you click on "book now" on your selected experience, you are taken to the booking page where you are able to add as many attendees as you require within the experience llimit. If the attendees are tastecapade.com users, you can tag them onto the booking, if they are not tastecapade.com user, you will need to fill in their basic details.
  • 4. "I cannot find the email voucher, what do I do?"

    In case you cannot find the voucher in your email, you can simply log into your profile and click on your upcoming experiences where you will be able to see the details of the experience as well as the voucher/s.
  • 5. "I am lost and cannot find my experience guide/group"

    All our experience meeting points are geo-tagged and can be opened on google maps for directions. In case of further clarifications needed on meeting point, or if you are unsure of the location, you can find the guides contact details in your email voucher. Always give yourself enough time to find/reach the meeting point. Late comers could be considered as no-shows if the experience already started as per schedule.
  • 6. "Why do some experiences require pre-confirmation"

    Some experiences on tastecapade require a pre-approval by the experience organizers before confirmation. You will be notified about these experience types before booking. We require your credit card details to book but your card will not be charged until confirmation. If you receive a message from your bank regarding a charge, do not worry, that is only a block of the amount.
