Cancellation policy for each experience is clearly stated on the experience details when booking.
Cancellation policy may vary from 1 day to 3 days. It is the users responsibility to be aware of the cancellation policy of the experience they are booking. Users may cancel their bookings before a experience. If the cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified by the experience operator, a full refund will be given.
If the cancellation is done during the cancellation period, no refund will be given. To cancel a experience, a user can log into their profile and go to the reservations section where they have the option to cancel a experience.
Users will be offered a full refund if their cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified in the experience they have booked.
Depending on the bank, a refund can take up to 2 weeks. In case no refund is received after this period, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line of "No Refund" and we will get back to you with an update within 24 hours of the email.
