Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for each experience is clearly stated on the experience details when booking.

Cancellation policy may vary from 1 day to 3 days. It is the users responsibility to be aware of the cancellation policy of the experience they are booking. Users may cancel their bookings before a experience. If the cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified by the experience operator, a full refund will be given.

If the cancellation is done during the cancellation period, no refund will be given. To cancel a experience, a user can log into their profile and go to the reservations section where they have the option to cancel a experience.

Refund Policy

Users will be offered a full refund if their cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified in the experience they have booked.

Depending on the bank, a refund can take up to 2 weeks. In case no refund is received after this period, please send an email to with a subject line of "No Refund" and we will get back to you with an update within 24 hours of the email.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

User is offered a full refund if they cancel a experience before the stated cancellation period. Cancellation policies are clearly stated at the time of booking. If the user cancels the experience after the cancellation period, no refund will be offered.

Withholding such information may result in an incomplete transaction or even, cancellation of the transaction or may result in cancellation of purchase. All credit/debit cards' details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

    Protection of Tastecapade and Others:

    We may release private information when it is necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights, property, or safety of Tastecapade employees, our users or other, or as a result of enforcing a court's decision of a competent jurisdiction or any other judicial committee. This includes exchanging information with payment gateway provider for fraud protection and credit card theft risk reduction.

    Other than set out above, we do not use your private information with anyother party.
